The jury was still out when I first posted about my plans to knit a baby cardigan here.
I started out with this:

Malabrigo's Merino Worsted in Blue Surf
And somehow, someway. . . managed to turn it into this:

I also finished a crochet project – a cowl. I love the color and am now working on a hat to match.

It’s beautiful! OMG! Very nicely done! I’m SO jealous! Everytime I decide I’m going to learn to knit, I manage to get another crochet project in the works.
Fancy, You are amazing.
You are just blowing me away with your knitting talent!! You picked this up so fast and everything looks perfect.
When….exactly…..are you coming to visit so you can teach me??
That cardigan is just beautiful. I’m so jeolous of your talent. My mother certainly didn’t hand down that gene to me.
Think you can get the baby to pose with the tea cup? LOL
How beautiful is this! You sure picked this up quickly and are doing so good with this. It sounds like you are enjoying it.
Oh, Nothing Fancy – the cardigan is just adorable! I am also impressed at how quickly you have become so very, very good at knitting.
YAY! I knew you could do it–it looks fabulous!
